Contract Canning & White Label Cider Cans

Small runs. No printed-can minimums. Forty minutes from Hereford, an hour from Bristol.

We're a working cider producer in the Forest of Dean with our own canning line. We built it for our own cider — Blindside, Astro, Mango Wave and the rest — and we run it for other producers too.

If you make good cider, beer, juice or soft drinks and you've been told you need to order 100,000 printed cans before anyone will talk to you, talk to us instead.

Why DO producers choose us?

  • We're producers too. We're not a packing company that happens to handle drinks. We make cider every year, so we understand oxygen pickup, back-sweetening, fruit purée, sediment and why your gravity moved overnight.
  • We'll do small. Most contract packers won't touch you under 3,000 or 6,000 litres. We will.
  • We're close. Longhope, Forest of Dean, just off the A40 — an easy run from Hereford, Ross, Monmouth, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Worcester and South Wales.
  • Less haulage, less product loss, less time. You get a person. Small enough that you'll speak to whoever is running your batch.
  • Flexible dates. We can turn round a run for a festival or a listing at short notice. Ask.

Who we work with

We can for producers across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Worcestershire, Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and South Wales — and we'll travel further if the run's worth it.

Longhope sits on the A40 between Gloucester and Ross-on-Wye. Rough drive times: Hereford 35 min · Gloucester 20 min · Ross-on-Wye 15 min · Monmouth 25 min · Cheltenham 35 min · Bristol 55 min · Worcester 45 min · Cardiff 1 hr.

Want a house cider without making one?

We would love to discuss the opportunity of white labelling our cider for anyone interested.

It's a very straight forward process and if done correctly this wont cost you per can anything more than our trade prices. neither do we have a minimum order can be as little as 12 cans or 1200.

This can be done on any of our canned range.

Please reach out if of interest.

FAQ's

500 litres — about 1,100 × 440ml cans. Smaller than almost anyone else in the region will quote you.

No. That's the whole point. We label plain brite cans, so there's no print minimum, no plate cost and no long lead time. Bring artwork, or we'll put you in touch with a label printer.

Yes. If you pasteurise: "We pasteurise, which is what a back-sweetened or fruit cider needs to be shelf-stable." Tell us the spec and we'll advise.

We can at our unit. We can help with logistics but we deal with IBC's and arlingtons all the time. Please reach out.

Canning isn't producing for duty purposes, so if you fermented it, you remain the producer and the duty stays yours. We'll work to whatever your excise position needs. If you're not sure, ask — we've been through it.

I would be disappointed if I coudnt get you turned around in 4 weeks, usually alot less.

Yes, and you should. Do one small run before you commit to a season's worth.

Product spec and ABV, volume, can size, artwork or labels, allergen and ingredient info, and a date. That's it.
